Over the last few months I've had the pleasure of working with Tony Stockdale during the process of selling my elderly mother's property in Beechworth.Right from the start, Tony's genuine respect and excellent communication skills were evident. As I live in Mornington, my first communication with Tony was obviously over the phone. However, while staying in Beechworth for a month, to assist my mother, Tony came to the house to meet me and talk me through finer details of the process.Since then Tony has been in touch regularly, clearly explaining the next step of the process - legal requirements, photo shoots for advertising, building inspections, timelines and settlement details. Whenever a meeting or visit was required, Tony phoned well ahead of time to ensure that times and dates were convenient. He was also quick to return phone calls and follow up any queries along the way, contacting both my mother and me by phone, in person or via email. As I was unable to be in Beechworth when the actual sale went through, Tony arranged for a photo to be taken of my mother, with the 'sold' sign in place, and sent it to me via text message (photo attached). That meant a great deal.On a couple of occasions I also met Megan Mihaljevic, who demonstrated the same caring, respectful nature.I can honestly say that the whole process has been made as easy and free of stress as possible due to the efficiency of Tony and Megan. I sincerely thank them for their attention to every detail and their thoughtfulness throughout the process.
