UPDATED 31 May 2017: Ok, I got a call from Director Rod Devlin. And an apology. Thank you Rod.I searched online and found 3 blocks of land to build my future home in historic Beechworth, and all listed with local agent Rod Devlin of Devlin Real Estate. I contacted Rod by phone and voicemail, text message, contact form and email. Its been 3 weeks, and still no reply. I called the office and was promised a call back yesterday, 'by close of business'. Didnt happen! These properties may be sold (although not indicated on their website); I couldnt help but wonder, 'does Devlins clients know theyre not as pro-active as they were when they promised to manage the sale of their properties?'
