Quality 0%Customer Service 0%My Aunt spent almost $120 on a Little Gems dress from the Beechworth Toy Shop. The dress was barely worn for the first 3 months as we were travelling. Beechworth Toy Shop wouldn't repair or replace it and refused to contact Little Gems to discuss the issue. They offered me a refund which I felt I couldn't accept as my Aunt purchased the dress for my daughter. So I said I would contact Little Gems myself because I was just so sure once they saw the dress they would see how little its been worn and would be happy to help a customer. How wrong was I?? Very. The owner informed me she didnt want to see the dress or even discuss it and that Beechworth Toy Shop had told her all the petals had been pulled out - and the dress was well worn - which is not true. I am beyond disappointed and have spent the last hour crying because I was made to feel like a liar and my Aunt spent almost $120 on a dress that was poorly made to begin with. I can literally see the stitching that should be holding the organza in. It is on the outside of the seam which means it wont hold. If Little Gems had just looked at the dress they would see it too. So it looks like I'll be fixing the $120 dress myself - but at least I know now that it will be done properly.
