Can take up to a week to see a Doctor. And because of this one or two counter staff have too much of an opinion on your condition.
Haven't been to the surgery for 7 years. The receptionists were lovely. I give them a star. The Dr. never turned up. Was meant to be "not far away", 45 minutes later, sitting in pain, I ask what is happening only for the receptionist to find out after chasing her up that she hadn't left the hospital yet and was going to be a while. Still in pain.......still as unimpressed as I was 7 years ago. I'm sure there was probably an emergency but this is not fair on your receptionists or your clientele. I'll stick to Wangaratta. They call you if there's going to be a problem there.
today i was at the surgery and trhe doctor i was seeing went to see the reseptionist to make an appointment for me to see someone and she said to the doctor 'well if she realy has to' i was not the only one to hear or see this. the reseptionist complained that she was the only one in attendance and was having a hard time keeping up. i walked out and will make another appointment when things are a little more settled. i was not very happy with the service at all and also others where not happy......Christine Bourke
